One of the Wound Conditions except for Unconscious or Sharpened.

Use up this Item to apply it to a weapon:

Poison Weapon

Time: Free Action Target: A weapon in Swinging Distance(1u) that isn't being worn or carried by a hostile entity
Effect: Buff

Apply Poison to the target weapon, affecting the next non-Spell Ability using that same weapon. The target of the attack must make a Might Save:

{7..} The target gains 1 Fleeting stack of your chosen Flavor's Status Condition.
{..6} The target gains 2 Fleeting stacks of your chosen Flavor's Status Condition.

A weapon can only have one Consumed Item applied to it at a time and can be removed from a weapon by spending a Beat.

You can apply the Poison in other ways, like sneaking it into food or drink. If you can get a target to ingest the Poison, the target makes the same save from Poison Weapon below.

Item Search Tiers determine the Poison's full effect:

[0!] F: You slipped up. You gain no item and you gain a Wound now. If you have full Vitality, that Wound is Fleeting.
[..6] You gain no item.
[7..9] C: As written.
[10..] A: You can add one Upgrade.
[10!] S: You can add two Upgrades.

Upgrades:

Complex(1).
- Optionally, you can choose from the following Flavors instead:
  - Blinded, Bloodlusted, Charmed, Confused, Deafened, or Frightened.
Complex(2).
- Optionally, you can choose from the following Flavors instead:
  - Exhausted, Sleeping, Stunned, Surprised, Unconscious.
Delayed Release.
- You can specify a delay. The Poison will only take effect after the delay has passed.
Lasting.
- If the target Fails the Might Save, one stack of the Fleeting Condition remains as a Persistent Condition for 1 day. Upon gaining this Poison, flip a coin. If you guess it, you also have an antidote for the Poison that can be taken or applied to the wounded area as an Action.
Weaponized.
- You can choose from the following additional Flavors:
  - Blinded.
- You can now Wield your Poisons to gain the following Ability:

Time: Action Target: A Cone Shape that is Spitting Distance(4u) long
Test: Artifice Save: Might
Effect: Attack, Debuff

All creatures in the Cone Shape must perform the Poison's Might Save.
