Detect Motion

Time: Action Target: All non-sentient objects within Throwing Distance(8u)
Requirements: #Chants, #Motions
Test: Tuning Concentrating
Effect: Knowledge

Regardless of your Tuning Score, this Ability takes effect.

Any non-sentient object in Throwing Distance(8u) that has been moved within the last hour will appear to have a slight motion blur back in the direction it moved from. For example, you could tell a door was opened, a box moved, or a certain desk drawer opened.

No one else can see the blur. The blur is not big enough to show more than a few inches of motion.

Upgrades:

• Ethereal.
  • You also see blurred paths along which living entities have passed within the last hour. The blur can reveal the path that they moved along, their general height and build, but exact details are too hard to make out. If multiple creatures traveled the same path, even less information may be discernible.
• Vacuous.
  • You can now see the ghost of objects that where there an hour ago, but have since been removed.
