Test: Artifice Save: Artifice
Effect: Debuff, Slowed, Restrained, Vulnerable, Susceptible

The Target must Pass an Artifice Save or gain a Persistent stack of Stunned.

As an Action, the target or any other creature can attempt a Might Test, removing the stack of Stunned if they Pass the Test. Creatures with blades or claws that could cut the net have an Advantage.

Bola.
- The target also gains a Persistent stack of Slowed, regardless of their Save Score. (This stacks with any from being Stunned.)
Reinforced.
- Creatures with blades or claws no longer have an Advantage when retrying the Save.
Propelled.
- You can use "Throw Net" on targets within Shooting Distance(16u).
