Polyformed

Before reaching 2 Stacks of this Condition, there is no effect.
Once you reach 2 Stacks, you transform into a new creature as determined by the source of the last Stack of this Condition. Once transformed, you will remain transformed until you lose all Stacks of this Condition.

While transformed:

• You must use your new form's Creature Sheet as your Character Sheet (replacing all your Stats, Skills, Abilities, etc.) with exception of the following:
  • Keep your Shield, Health, and Vitality.
  • Lose Concentration. Lose half the Fleeting stacks of all Status Conditions. When transforming back, you will again lose Concentration and half the Fleeting stacks of all Status Conditions.
  • Keep your Social Stats and Social Abilities (but not your Social Skills.)
  • Keep your mental faculties, though you will feel a subtle draw toward the creature's natural behaviors, including desires and fears.
• Whenever you take Damage, reduce the Damage by 1 before applying your Defenses. You will then perform a Test using your Health as the Modifier (even if you reduced the Damage to 0.) If you Pass the Test, you remain transformed. If you Fail, you lose 1 stack of Polyformed and can choose to lose a second. If you have 7 or more Health, you can choose to automatically Pass the Test.
