Bless

Time: Quick Action Target: A willing creature in Swinging Distance(1u) who's True Name you know
Requirements: #Chants and #Motions
Test: Tuning Concentrating
Effect: Buff

Regardless of your Tuning Score, this Ability takes effect.

If a Spell would cause the target creature to have a Disadvantage on a Test, they can ignore the Disadvantage.

Optionally, you can also choose one of the following permanent effects to apply to the target that will not end when your Concentration ends:

• Divorcee. Sever one of the target's wedding bonds. You must know the current True Name of the other creature in the wedding bond.
• Renamed. The target creature gains a new True Name. Their previous True Name no longer applies.
• Newlywed. The target creature has half of a wedding bond to another creature of your choice. The bond is complete when you use this spell on the other creature to bond it to the first. You must know the True Name of both creatures to complete the bond.
