[7..9] Gain a stack of Exhausted. Each Undead within range that can see or hear you must Pass a Tuning Save or gain a Persistent Stack of Turned that lasts for 1 minute.
[10..] :LiArrowUp:Ditto and any Undead that Fails the Save with 1 Vitality or less than half their Vitality drops to 0 Vitality and 0 Health.
