Loud Zone

All creatures in True Shooting Distance(16u) of the Loud Zone can hear it and follow its sound.

Any object or creature within a Loud Zone is affected. The affected has the following effects for each Stack of Loud Zone:

• The affected creature gains an Advantage on Covert Skill Tests against being heard.
• All Covert Skill Tests to prevent being heard by the affected creature have an Advantage.

At 2 Stacks, any creature within the Loud Zone that has hearing takes 1 Fluid/Blunt Damage unless they plug their ears. Doing so gives them 1 Stack of Restrained and Deafened.
