Glyphic Lock

Time: Slow Action Target: A closed object that could be opened like a door, window, gate, chest, book, etc. within Swinging Distance

Attach this Glyph to the target. A magical lock or seal appears at the point you touched. If the target already had a lock, the Glyph can instead work through the existing lock, provided that the lock was unlocked when this Ability took effect. If this Glyph works through the existing lock you can choose whether the lock's original keys still work or not.

At the time of casting this Ability, you can specify if the target is locked or unlocked. While locked, the target cannot be opened and becomes impassable. While unlocked, the target can be opened or becomes passable.

This Glyph can be forcibly unlocked in the following ways:

Note that getting a Fail on an Athletics Skill Test or a Lockpick Test even once means the lock is above that creature's ability to force it open, even if they spent all day trying.

At the time of casting, you can specify a "Key Object" that the Glyph can recognize by touch. The Key Object can be a specific object (like a doll) or a generic type of object (like vegetables.)
