Confused

1 or 2 Stacks: You must perform a Confusion Test after performing a Test for an Ability that targets a creature other than yourself.

Tuning:

• [..6] You must randomize a new target for the Ability from the available valid targets (allies and foes alike.) If no other target is valid for that Ability, the target remains unchanged.
• [7..9] :LiArrowUp: Ditto, but you can randomize a new target from just the valid non-ally targets.
• [10..] Your Ability remains unaffected.

When randomizing a new target for a location, like for the Move Ability or when targeting a Shape, first randomize the direction by spinning a pen or something, then determine the distance in that direction by finding the nearest valid target to the distance you originally targeted.
