Interrupt Movement

Some types of Movement can be Interrupted. If this happens, the negative effects of such an Interruption will be described in the Movement Range's entry in the Movement Range List in the Appendix. The Slowed Status Condition alone does not Interrupt Movement. An Ability will instead need to explicitly state that it can Interrupt Movement.
