Incoherency Zone

While touching an Incoherency Zone, after initiating an Ability on your turn, but before resolving any effects, roll a Luck Test:

• [..6] The Ability hits a different random target in the Zone. The new target does not have to satisfy any of the original Ability's conditions. If the Ability targeted a Shape, the Shape's Origin is moved to a different random point within the Zone.
• [7..] The Ability hits its target, as normal.
