Fog Zone

Any object or creature within a Fog Zone is affected. The affected has the following effects for each stack of Fog Zone:

• The affected gains one stack of Vulnerable.
• The affected gains one Disadvantage on Tests when targeting something outside Swinging Distance(1u).
• The affected gains one Advantage on Covert Skill Tests against being seen.
• Any Tests that target the affected gain one Disadvantage if they come from further away than Swinging Distance(1u).

Any creatures outside of the Fog Zone can use the Fog Zone as cover to impose the "Concealed" Penalty of Abilities like Ranged Attack and Magic Attack.

Cancellations:

• One stack of Wind Zone cancels out one stack of Fog Zone.
