Plant Cosmic Seed

Imagine a pocket universe (that fits the restrictions of the Cosmic Seed) then throw the Cosmic Seed into the target Rift's portal. The Rift becomes disconnected from its current secondary target and anything that was partway through the Rift is pushed randomly to one location or the other. The Rift then becomes connected to a brand new universe that reflects what you imagined.

Whomever controlled the Rift when the Cosmic Seed was thrown into it can hereafter always create a new Rift connected to that same universe (even if they do not have the "Far" Upgrade for Rift.)

If a Rift is already connected to a universe that you imagined and created with a previous Cosmic Seed, you can, instead, add on to your existing universe, expanding it by the limits of the new Cosmic Seed used. When you do so, you can rearrange or recreate the universe as you see fit. Any creature or object that would be harmed or trapped by the rearranging of the universe is instead harmlessly ejected from the universe to a free space within Swinging Distance of the Rift.

The universe you create with the Cosmic Seed is limited in size based on its Item Grade, but can otherwise contain as many rooms, features, or items as you would like. The newly created universe can also contain Zones from the Zone List in any quantity or size you desire. The universe can appear to be endless, but reaching the edges will cause the creature to wrap to the other side of the universe or they will feel like they are moving, despite not actually moving. Any items within the universe are bound to it. Attempting to remove them will cause them to crumble and vanish.

Item Search Tiers:

[..6] You gain no item.
[7..9] C: The universe created can be up to around 25 sq m (250 sq ft or the size of a medium-sized RV.)
[10..] A: The universe created can be up to around 100 sq m (1000 sq ft or the size of a small 2-bedroom house.)
[10!] S: You can also create a denizen of the universe. It can be any creature from the Creature List. The denizen is bound to that universe and will die if it leaves it. You control and play the creature (unless you would rather the GM play it for you.)
