Effect: Debuff, Slowed, Restrained, Vulnerable, Susceptible
The Target must Pass an Artifice Save or gain a Persistent stack of Stunned.
The target can attempt the Save again as an Action. Other creatures can attempt the Save on their behalf using their Tinkering Skill instead of Artifice. Creatures with blades or claws that could cut the net have an Advantage when retrying the Save.

Upgrades:
- Bola.
- The target also gains a Persistent stack of Slowed, regardless of their Save Score. (This stacks with any from being Stunned.)
- Reinforced.
- Propelled.
- You can use "Throw Net" on targets within Shooting Distance(16u).
