1 Stack: If a creature in Sniping Distance(200u) loses any Health or Vitality, gain a second Stack and the creature injured becomes the new Source for this Condition.

2 Stacks: On your Turn, you feel compelled to do all you can to Melee Attack the Source of this Condition at least once. This can involve using Movement or other Movement Abilities to get to them. Once you have attacked or exhausted all options in trying to find or attack the Source, you lose a Stack and can use the rest of your Turn as normal.
