You add the target creature to a Telepathic Network. Optionally, you can also add yourself to the Telepathic Network. If this Ability is cast again on an additional target, the target is added to the same Telepathic Network as the other targets.

Until your Concentration ends, all in the Telepathic Network can communicate psychically. Ideas can be portrayed without Language, instead relying on concepts and imagery.

Once formed, there is no range limitations to the Telepathic Network, allowing communication at any Distance.

Alternatively, you can target a creature you believe to be a part of a Telepathic Network to attempt to join their Telepathic Network. The creator of the Telepathic Network can choose to attempt a Focus Save to keep you out.

Any member of a Telepathic Network can leave by attempting and Passing a Focus Save as an Action.
