Smite
Time: Reaction Target: Same as your last Basic Attack
Trigger: After one of your Basic Attacks takes effect
Deal Damage equal to 1 less than the triggering Basic Attack. Your chosen Flavor determines the Damage Type. Use the triggering Melee Attack Test as the Test for this Ability when determining Saves.
- Ensnaring Smite.
- Deal Solid/Sharp Damage.
- The target must pass a Grit Save or gain a stack of Slowed and one stack of Restrained. Creatures that are not Medium(1u) have an Advantage on the Save.
- Gripping Smite.
- Deal Ethereal/Planar Damage. The Damage does not take effect immediately. Instead, the target takes the Damage if they use Movement to move more than a Swinging Distance(1u) before the end of their next Turn.
- Lightning Smite.
- Deal Fluid/Shock Damage.
- If the target has a Shield greater than 0, they must Pass a Grit Save or gain a stack of Stunned.
- Necrotic Smite.
- Deal Ethereal/Caustic Damage.
- The creature gains a Large(2u) Necrotic Zone attached to them that loses 1 Stack at the end of each of their Turns.
- Psychic Smite.
- Deal Ethereal/Blunt Damage.
- The target must Pass a Focus Save or gain a stack of Blunted and Dazed.
- Radiant Smite.
- Deal Ethereal/Fire Damage.
- The target must pass a Grit Save or gain a stack of Blinded.
- The target loses any stacks of Invisible that it had.
- The target emits a Dim Light of a color you choose (which affects Dark Zones.)
- Searing Smite.
- Deal Fluid/Fire Damage.
- The creature has a Medium(1u) Fire Zone attached to them that loses 1 Stack at the end of each of the creature's Turns.
- Thunderous Smite.
- Deal Fluid/Blunt Damage.
- The target creature must Pass a Grit Save or be pushed back a Spearing Distance(2u) and gain a stack of Slowed.
- Voidic Smite.
- Deal Ethereal/Cold Damage.
- The target creature must Pass a Focus Save or gain a stack of Frightened toward you.
