Mend
Time: Action Target: A non-magical object in Throwing Distance(8u) or a Construct or an Appendix/Tags/Creature Tags/Undead creature in Swinging Distance(1u) that has a Recovery Point
If targeting a non-magical object, the object is restored to its former form, provided that most all of the object is present and can fly back together without getting obstructed. Raw materials can be held and sacrificed to the process to restore less than half of the object that is missing. The restored object looks exactly how it did before, save the repaired areas now shimmer with a subtle effect that makes the repair obvious.
If targeting a Construct or an Appendix/Tags/Creature Tags/Undead creature, the target may immediately use the Heal Up Ability now as a Free Reaction.
Upgrades:
- Potent. Requires Level 5.
- When restoring a non-magical object, you can sacrifice raw materials to recreate any amount of the object, even if all you have is a sliver.
- You can target 1 additional valid creature (2 creatures.)
- A Construct or an Appendix/Tags/Creature Tags/Undead target can use the Heal Up Ability twice as Free Reactions instead of once, provided that they have two Recovery Points.
- Magical.
