If the target is an inanimate object not held by anyone, the object loses all friction with the ground or surface it is resting on. While floating on this hair-thick pillow of air it can be easily pushed (as if the surface was slick ice.)
If the target is an object held by a creature or a creature, the creature must Pass an Edge Save or the creature drops the object or gains a stack of Slowed, respectively.
