Trigger: When the target is Falling and could take Fall Damage
Effect: Passive, Defense
Cap the target's fall speed, so they only fall a Spitting Distance(4u) each Round. The target takes no Damage from Falling.
Knowing this Ability or holding a Spell Scroll of this Ability also grants you the following Passive:
- You can Jump a Spitting Distance(4u).

If the target is unwilling, they can attempt to Pass an Edge Save to avoid any effects.
You can double the distance that the target chose to jump. For unwilling creatures, this may cause them to overshoot their target spot and possibly Fall, taking Damage.

If the target is an inanimate object not held by anyone, the object loses all friction with the ground or surface it is resting on. While floating on this hair-thick pillow of air it can be easily pushed (as if the surface was slick ice.)
If the target is an object held by a creature or a creature, the creature must Pass an Edge Save or be affected as follows: If the target was an object, the creature drops the object. If the target was the creature, they fall Prone, gain a stack of Slowed, and, if they are on an incline, they must use all their Movement on their next turn to slide down the incline.

If the target is unwilling, it can avoid all effects if it Passes an Edge Save.
You can Levitate the target creature or object, moving it a Spitting Distance(4u) on each of your Turns. The target creature can also Climb a Distance equal to their Walk Distance. (If the target already has a larger Climb, they can use that number instead.)
When this Ability ends, the target floats harmlessly downward as if affected by Feather's base effects.
