The target's awareness is affected based on your Mage Score:

If the target Passes the Edge Save, the target gains a stack of Charmed, but no other effects. If the target Fails the Edge Save, the target becomes your Fast Friend for the duration of the Spell. Your Fast Friend has two stacks of Charmed as a Persistent Condition. Your Fast Friend won't do anything to harm you or your allies. If your Fast Friend takes Damage, they can retry the Edge Save.

You can ask your Fast Friend to help out or perform any course of action you choose. If your Fast Friend chooses not to perform the course of action, they will take 2 Ethereal/Blunt Damage (which will allow them to retry their Edge Save.) If the course of action you requested would have harmed your Fast Friend or one of its allies, the Fast Friend can make the Save with an Advantage.
