The target becomes a Blurred Creature, as it is shifted into the frequencies of another plane. The target gains temporary Resistance to all Planar Damage.

Time: Free Reaction Target: A creature at any True Distance
Trigger: When the target creature uses an Ability to inflict one or more Stacks of a Fleeting Condition on your Blurred Creature
Test: Mage Stat Save: Focus
The target creature must Pass a Focus Save or gain one stack of the same Fleeting Condition that was inflicted on the Blurred Creature.
