When casting a Spell Ability, you can make it's spell afterimage or aura look like a different Spell Ability was cast, provided that you know that other Spell Ability.

You gain the following Action:

Decrypt Magic

Time: Slow Action Target: The afterimage or aura of a Spell Ability
Test: Mage

You attempt to uncover any Cryptoarcanology used on a Spell Ability's afterimage or aura. On a Passing Score you learn if the afterimage or aura was altered, but not the true Spell Ability used.

Upgrades:

Spellblinding.
- When casting a Spell Ability, you can make it have no afterimage or detectable aura.
- When using Investigate, you can learn of the presence of any spells hidden by this Ability, but you will not know where or what they were.
