You can spend Obscure Goods to Item Search for First Aid Kits and Poisons that count as an Obscure First Aid Kit and an Obscure Poison, respectively. When you get a High Score on an Item Search for an Obscure First Aid Kit or an Obscure Poison, you can choose an Upgrade that will be applied for that instance of the Item.

When using an Obscure First Aid Kit on yourself, you can choose to also grow 1 year younger for every Vitality gained.

Upgrades:

• Double Double.
  • Immediately after gaining an Obscure First Aid Kit or an Obscure Poison, you can spend a General Good to gain a second Obscure First Aid Kit or Obscure Poison of the same Item Grade.
