2.2. Luck Box

The Luck Box on page 1 of your Character Sheet contains the current number of Favors you have and your Luck Stat Modifier.

Luck Stat

You will use your Luck Stat as the Modifier for luck-based Tests. Everyone starts with the same Modifier of +1.

There're two ways to increase your Luck Stat:

• Choose theLevel Up Perk that increases your Luck Stat.
• Get the Lucky Charm Item.

Favors

You can spend Favors to reroll one die during a Test. When you do so, you must take the new result. You can use your Favor after knowing the result of the Test, but before the effects of the Test become active.

At the start of each Episode you gain Favors equal to your Luck Stat. You cannot have more than 4 Favors banked at any one time, so be sure to use them! The GM may grant you Favors as a reward for good roleplaying and for embracing a Low Score by roleplaying character growth.
