Flavors:

• Inconsistency Bolt. Deals Solid/Planar damage. The target must make a Fortitude Save or gain a Weakness:
  Solid/Planar Weakness
  

  If you take Solid/Planar damage, roll a d6:

  • [1] you gain 1 stack of the Polyformed condition.
  • [2..6] Nothing happens.
• Incoherency Bolt. Deals Fluid/Planar damage. The target must make a Dexterity Save or gain two stacks of the Incohered condition.
• Insanity Bolt. Deals Ethereal/Planar damage. The target must make a Wisdom Save or gain a Weakness:
  Ethereal/Planar Weakness
  

  If you take Ethereal/Planar damage, roll a d20:

  • [1..10] You gain the Fleeting Condition that corresponds with that number on your character sheet (1-Blunted, 2-Dazed, etc.)
  • [11..20] Nothing happens.
